Lubricant for cards in Apple II?

Having difficulty removing and inserting cards from my Apple IIe and IIgs. Really sticky. Should I use a lubricant? If so, suggestions for what kind. Conductive? Non-conductive?

I had an Apple II+ years ago and when I removed a card it actually pulled all of the connectors off of the card. So I’m concerned that this might happen again unless I can get some lubricant on the cards.
